Florea Georgian Stefan (1982)
Executive Director of the Company, General Director of Rompetrol Well Services, Member of the Board of Directors
Mr. Georgian Stefan Florea has graduated from the Petroleum Gas University Ploiesti. He holds a master’s in reservoir engineering from the Petroleum Gas University Ploiesti.
Georgian Stefan Florea has joined Rompetrol Well Services ever since 2007, successfully accomplishing various roles – initially at the operational level, passing through petroleum engineer – DST division, field engineer at cementing division, petroleum engineer at technical department, country representative of Rompetrol Well Services & Rompetrol SA in Kurdistan, sales coordinator and then at the management level Deputy General Manager Rompetrol Well Services starting with March , 2018.
Mr. Stefan Georgian Florea was re-appointed by Resolution no. 2 of Board of Directors as of May 04, 2026 as General Manager of the Company starting with May 01, 2026, for a mandate valid until 01.05.2028 (with the mandate of the administrators who made this appointment).
Luiza Roxana Moise (1977)
Director of Economics
Ms. Roxana Luiza Moise is the Finance Manager of Rompetrol Well Services since October 2018, her role being to coordinate the entire financial activity of the company in order to achieve its strategic objectives, subject to legal requirements.
Ms. Moise joined the KMG International Group in 2003 and she has held different roles within Rompetrol Rafinare, such as Financial Analyst, Budgeting and Reporting Supervisor, as well as Financial Analyst within Rompetrol Well Services.
In 2000 obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Oil and Gas University from Ploiesti and also completing her ACCA qualification at the professional level.
Ms. Roxana Luiza Moise was appointed was appointed by Resolution no. 1 of Board of Directors as of September 28, 2018 as Finance Manager , starting with October 18, 2021, for a mandate valid until 29.04.2022 (date upon which the mandates of the directors resolving upon the nomination expire).
She was re-appointed by Resolution no. 2 of Board of Directors as of May 02, 2022 as Finance Manager of the Company starting with April 30, 2022, for a mandate valid until 30.04.2026 (with the mandate of the administrators who made this appointment).
