Rompetrol Well Services QHSE management system covers the provisions of an exhaustive set of legal requirements and bases its principles on detailed internal health and safety risk assessment. All Rompetrol Well Services employees are covered by the QHSE management system in place.
In 2025, Rompetrol Well Services provided on a regular basis Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) trainings, in compliance with the applicable legislation:
- Legal requirements training (monthly)
- Professional training matrix
- Other professional trainings for job development (forklift drivers, professional drivers, IWCF, Bosiet, etc.)
- Annual training plan
- Road safety trainings (advanced defensive driving certificates)
To improve the company’s health and safety performance, specific measures were applied in 2025:
- HSE mailbox and weekly HSE reporting, HSE management meeting;
- Safety audits
- Internal audits plan
- JSA and Risk assessment for all operations
- Mandatory trainings, professional trainings
- In-Vehicle Monitoring System used for fleet management and vehicle tracking
In 2025, Rompetrol Well Services dedicated 384 hours to QHSE training, conducted 3 fire/ emergency drills, carried out 67 QHSE audits/inspections, recorded 234,484 worked manhours with no fatalities, first aid cases, or any other safety incidents. no property damage, occupational illnesses, non‑occupational illness/fatalities, near misses, or spills, and no authority inspections or penalties.
As part of its QHSE management system, the company provides road safety awareness campaigns, fleet GPS monitoring and defensive driving programs to ensure transport safety (indicators are reported in weekly management meetings)
