Nana Iamanidze | Tbilisi, Georgia

Head of Human Resources, Rompetrol Georgia

What makes Rompetrol special to you?

It's a dynamic workplace, full of novelties and things to improve. Nothing gets old in this company. It has been 6 years since I am part of the Rompetrol’ s big international family, and I didn’t lose my ambition. I still have curiosity for new discoveries, new achievements and self-development.

What fuels your drive?

My natural driver is my curiosity and Rompetrol does fuel it in the best way possible by always bringing novelties and ambitious projects to work on, learn from and develop myself on the way.

What do you like most about your team?

Diversity and that togetherness feeling.

Which is your biggest achievement in Rompetrol so far?

There has been many successful projects on my account in this company. One of my favorite being "One Day in a Gas Station" initiative, but if you ask me, I am still looking and moving forward to that one, the biggest achievement.

Which is your key personality trait that helps you overcome hardships and challenges?

This might sound a bit weird, but while many run away from problems, I run towards them. I am not afraid of obstacles and view them as one of the best chances to discover solutions and opportunities in them.
