Under the slogan “GROW,” students in final year and fresh graduates will carry out their internship within Rompetrol Rafinare and Rompetrol Petrochemicals.

The internship’s goal is to provide young people with a chance of learning the work environment and the values of a multinational company originating in Romania. Attendees will earn a first-hand practical understanding of the operations carried out within the two companies, and the most talented will be helped via development programs to build a promising career with The Rompetrol Group.

These program, carried out within Rompetrol, involved to date 300+ young people. Some 50% from the internship program graduates are working within the Group and some of them are now holding management positions as a result of fast career growth.
